How to pay a Standard Charge Ticket

Remember you must ensure we receive your payment within 14 days if you want to pay the reduced amount but no discount is allowed for a disabled bay offence.   

To pay by telephone

Call our automated payment line: 01670 794890 open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You will be asked to carefully key in the ticket number though you must replace the MM with 33.  If you do not have a touchtone telephone or you prefer to speak to an operator to make your payment please telephone 01670 535000 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Electron or American Express cards. 

To pay on-line

You can pay by debit or credit card online.    You will need to enter your car registration number followed by "/" and then the parking fine number.   For example:

Alternatively you can send a cheque made payable to "Castle Morpeth Borough Council" with the remittance slip from the bottom of the ticket to:
